I previously spoke with this same recruiter regarding another position. (Not a good experience then, and I responded accordingly to their post-interview survey, but figured I’d give another chance.) This time, she reached out to me via LinkedIn regarding my qualifications for a particular role and invited me to apply to the position online. I applied immediately, and two days later I received an automatic rejection email saying I’ve not been selected to move forward. How could I be qualified enough to apply from my LinkedIn profile, but not qualified enough for even an interview from my resume? This being my second “experience” with Cargill recruiting, I’ve determined them to be quite unprofessional and will no longer apply to future roles. Disrespectful, a waste of my time, and a poor reflection of the company.
