The team doing the interview panels were all professional and knowledgeable about the role and what was needed. There was an initial phone call with a member from the HR team and two panels each consisting of two individuals who interact a lot with the role they are hiring for. The communication was a bit frustrating with the recruiting team. They asked for an interview the next day at a specific time on the initial response, which is difficult for anyone with a less flexible job to accommodate. Additionally, asking for significant time changes to the 45 minute panel interviews less than two business days out was an issue. Finally, there was no follow up to the application status for 3 weeks following the panel interviews until I reached back out to the team.
