Very good interview. Not your typical interview (as the interviewers stayed up front). Basically just got a feel of my personality and how I deal with people and teams flowed by a plant tour. Very friendly people and good experience.

1. I applied earlier in the fall but did not recieve a call until later in the Fall. Was contacted for an initial phone interview. 2. I had a very straight forward phone interview. It was planned, behavioral based, good conversation. 3. I was then invited to one of their facilities where I had 3 interviews and a site tour. The professionals there asked me good questions relevant to the job, my personality, and what I observed. Good conversation was everything. 4. Was offered the job about a week later.
