Initial phone interview with a recruiter, who was very knowledgeable about the position. A week later I went to a building at Cargill's Hopkins campus and had a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager in a small conference room. The interviewer was friendly and professional. Although I ultimately did not receive an offer, this was a very positive experience and I would apply again.
