It was my initial over the phone interview with HR. The interview was rushed. It was meant to be 30 minutes long but HR was 20 minutes late calling me. We wrapped everything up in 10-15 minutes. I felt like I had more to say but was being cut off.

It's a two step interview process:
The first part consists on a call with HR to see if your profile characteristics meet the profile they are looking for.
The second part consists on a face 2 face interview with the Customer Service Supervisors. You'll be asked to do a role play with them.

sobre la entrevista, fue todo muy bien pero deberían considerar preguntas de seguimiento que tendrán que ajustarse en función de las respuestas de los candidatos y explicar los detalles pertinentes del puesto y responder las preguntas del candidato. no he recibido una oferta de ellos pero la experiencia fue buena.
