I met the interviewee at my school's career fair. I had one in person interview and then I received an offer from the recruiter over the phone. I think this was a one off because most of the other interns had to do multiple interviews.

Received on-campus interview from campus recruiting. Interviewed the next week through on-campus interviews at Ohio State. After two weeks, they got back to me with the offer. The process was very short and was relatively easy to go through.
