I was sent an email to set up an interview date and time. At the time of the interview, I made arrangements to be at a quiet location from the schedule I had for that day. After a 20 minute wait for a call, I emailed the interviewer to ask if it was still occurring. The response I received approximately 20 minutes later asked if it could be rescheduled after 1 p.m. Again, I rearranged my schedule and waited for a call. After waiting for the call, I went about my day. I finally received the call at approximately 2:45 p.m. To those companies who contract out their recruiters...you are likely missing out on excellent talent due to these needless mishaps. This is not the first time an instance like this has occurred, only it was with another company. On that particular instance, the call was never made. I believe you are wasting your money on services that are never provided or that are subpar. Also, please list at minimum the range of salary for that position so people are not wasting their time if they are expecting something a bit more in line with industry standards.
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Cargill (Pipestone, MN) en mar 2020
Entrevista
You are first contacted by a recruiter who asks you pretty simple questions, after that you interview with the management team at the location. I felt very welcomed and valued already during the interview like I mattered.
