you get contacted by email that your application is accepted. then a person from HR calls you to set up a phone interview. i took 2 phone interviews before i was contacted again by HR to be flown out to the location for a tour and 2 panel interviews and a small shadow. the phone interviews where very basic and general. the panel interviews mostly hit you on situation concepts and how you can relate to your past experiences. they also ask about achievements in your life. overall i was not a good fit for the position. i got an email saying i was not what they where looking for either.
