Behavioral based questions that ask for specific examples and always ends with what was the outcome. Example - tell me of a time when you had a problem with a co-worker. What was the problem and how did you resolve it.

The interviews were interesting and engaging, HR was transparent and up front about what would happen during the interview; both interviews included senior leaders and questions were encouraged.
Difficulty was in the communication after the interview. Very little clarity about next steps and the decision was shared over text, which felt unprofessional.

Very behavioral based questions; almost no technical questions. Clearly using interview guides that were provided. Interviewers didn't interact a lot outside of those guides.
Some interviewers did ask follow up questions that seemed to be off the cuff.
