CaretIT made it comfortable for me.Overall experience of the office and the people was good. The interview process was of 5 stages. 1. Hr round - a general background check happened about my education and family members. Explained me the work experience and environment of CaretIT. 2. Technical round - was asked about technologies and was tested for my knowledge based on my resume and the projects I have made. 3. Practical round - A test was taken to test my practical knowledge and implementation of the same. Was give 3 questions for 50 minuets. 4. Hr round - final discussion of the terms of the position that you're applying for.
