Two interviews and one of test of sales abiltiy with cold calls. Interviews were in depth and long. One time interviewed with one Manager. Second time with another.They then sat me down a room with a phone and had me do about 50-100 cold calls and I had to set at least one appointment. I ended up setting two appointments. And finally had the last interview with the big boss. After that I got the job offer.

This was a multistep interview process that took a few weeks. I first interviewed over the phone and the second two were in person on the same day. Overall the interview was fairly simple, however, the company is not overly clear with with their current employees. They interviewed me for the position and offered the job. I received a call during the background check that the position was no longer offered because the devision of the company was removed.
