I received a phone call to discuss the opportunity and setup and interview time. I went in for the interview and talked with a manager 1 on 1. I then talked with the group that I would be working with to make sure it was a cultural fit. I suggest being open and friendly. Talk with all the individuals and make sure there is a culture fit or you will likely be unhappy. I thought the office was a great environment and felt comfortable in my interview.
