During the interview group session in the hiring process, many candidates had their earphones on, and their voices were affected by bad noise or were muted. Nevertheless, they were given the opportunity to speak, informed about the issue, and patiently listened to. However, as someone named "Mohamed," I didn't notice that my microphone was muted, and unfortunately, they didn't inform me. Instead, they swiftly moved on to the next candidate. I raised my hand, but they didn't seem to care or acknowledge me. When others raised their hands, they were given a chance to speak. I even tried to communicate through the chat, but my messages were ignored. I remained polite and didn't interrupt anyone. While I could have caused some noise, I wasn't there to plead for an opportunity to speak. This experience has left me with the impression that this company may exhibit bias based on race or religion, and it lacks diversity.
