Recruiter contacted me via email and followed up with phone call after receiving my resume.
Phone interview with 2 or 3 employees including hiring manager.
One additional virtual interview with other 3 employees including hiring manager.
Both interviews were 30 minutes. It was pleasant but the interview should've focused more on the need to be familiar with healthcare rather than true business analysis skills. The interview should have also been longer. There's no way to truly vet a candidate in two 30 minute sessions.
The worst part was the negotiation process. Having gone through a recruiter, a lot of leverage was lost in not being able to communicate directly with the hiring team.
