Pleasant experience. I was interviewed twice. The last was by the Client Service Manager and the second was by the Area Director of operation’s and Director of Business Operations. It has been two weeks since the interview and no call, so Im assuming they moved on to another candidate.

Entrevista
The interview process itself was positive overall. I completed three interviews within a very short time frame: an initial phone screening with the recruiter, a virtual interview with the VP of Market Development, and an in person interview with the Director of Business Operations. Everyone I spoke with was professional, and the conversations flowed naturally, which made me excited about the opportunity.
However, after the final interview, communication completely stopped. It has now been almost a month without any update or decision, despite me following up twice via email and attempting to call the recruiter. I fully understand that companies may choose to move forward with another candidate, but I do believe candidates deserve a response after investing time into multiple rounds of interviews.
Overall, the interview experience itself was welcoming, but the lack of follow up afterward was disappointing.
