After submitting my application and had some emails with the recruiter at Care Indeed, I was invited to have an onsite interview. The onsite interview with the project manager was pretty standard. Then, I was given a take-home design assignment, which was a series of High-Fidelity webpage design for their new function "Check-In Service". The assignment was requested to be finished in two days. One week after I submitted my work, I sent an email to the recruiter for any update of my application with Care Indeed. He replied that they needed more time to make their decision. Then, I did not hear any more information from the company. I feel Care Indeed really disrespects designer's work since I spent at least 48 hours on their design challenge. I also want to point out that it is not common to ask the candidates to design the UX and UIs for the company’s products or services.
