Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Care Dimensions (Virginia)

      Entrevista

I should start this off with saying I have applied for many positions in this company, the one I have applied for the most was the hospice aid scheduler. I made it as far as an interview at least 6 months ago. I walked into the facility and was made to wait for a long while. Given a panel interview with two people one of which was the outgoing person who held the title. Everything went well, I was basically given a tour and told I was a great fit for the position, they seemed to like me. I left on a positive note and told that I would receive a call in two weeks regardless. After two weeks I did not receive a call, and then about an additional week or two later I finally received word that the position was given to an internal employee. Fast forward to most recently, I found out the exact position was open again. I went in for their "walk in Wednesdays" made to wait two hours until I saw someone (they conveniently have meetings every Wednesday at the start of their walk in hours?). Finally the same person who helped me months before came out and looked over my resume and spoke about available positions, one of them being the hospice aid scheduler position. I was informed that the hospice scheduler position is not open yet (contrary to the company email being sent out, I don't think she knew that I was aware of this) also that it was only going to be 20 hours which is not the 40 the email said. To add insult to injury, I was told that I was possibly not qualified for the position. She walked away for a minute and came back and told me that the position is more administrative for my experience. I found this contrary to what they told me the last time I applied for this job. I felt like I was being lied to. I was told I could apply for the same position in Wesley (at least an hour away if there is no traffic) or apply for the hospice aid scheduler position in Danvers but for only 20 hours, which would mean I would work every day about four hours a day, completely not worth it. A total waste of my time. This company is a waste of your time. The fact that one person says one thing while their website says another shows how disorganized they are. They never call you back after you call them back and do not follow through. I will not longer be wasting my time with them.
