There were 2 stages, first one with the HR and a couple of questions from a Tech Lead. The 2nd was with the CTO, were technical questions were involved as well.

Entrevista
The HR or company has contacted me multiple times through LinkedIn. The 1st interview that I did with them, I was working for another company at that time and agreed to have the interview only because they insisted.
The 1st interview was with HR and lasted around 20-30 minutes. It seemed more like a formality than if they were really interested, also from their unthoughtful questions.
This is strange because I know some of the management and they don't seem that unprofessional.
