I had applied online at their site and one of my friends had sent an email to their HR rep about me. I received an email the next day with an introduction. We then had an initial phone interview to determine if I should receive a technical interview. This phone interview went great and later that afternoon we were coordinating a technical interview. I didn't live in the area at the time, so the technical interview was to be over the phone as well. The following day I was asked about making to a trip to their office to do an in person interview. Over the course of the next 4 days, I was working the the HR rep to try to coordinate a date for a trip. Then, I never heard from them again. I sent 2 more emails after my final response from them and still never heard anything from them. I'm not sure how it went from wanting to bring me in for a face to face interview so quickly, to never hearing from them again. I would suspect they treat the employees in a similar fashion.
