Qualified candidates with a valid teaching license submit application and cover letter and credentials to the county education service center. Candidates for an interview are chosen from a list. Before any interview, resume's are reviewed. Generally, top 10 are chosen for an interview. Top 3 are then chosen for a 2nd interview.
