Recruiters were friendly but the Manager wanted someone with software coding skills for an HRIS job! Ridiculous, and did not send me a job description. Interns apply to learn and grow, not bring in skills to contribute although that is a secondary goal. Always ask for a job description before the interview, and don't waste your time if they require skills you don't have.
