1st round: Call with HR. He wanted to know everything in detail when he did not know anything technical.
2nd round: Phone call with hiring manager. Pretty good interview getting to know each other and the work that is being done.
3 rd round: Panel phone call interview. Spoke with a panel of 3 from Quality and Materials. Straightforward questions about previous work experience and technical abilities.
Later after 2 months, another HR contacts me saying we want you to have a phone interview with HM. HR co-ordination is so poor that they did not know I had already interviewed them and was waiting for update. Later, they requested to come onsite in urgency (in 3 days). HR was so unprofessional in not providing accommodations for onsite for just one hour interview. They were rude in not understanding the needs of an interviewing candidate. God knows how they treat the employees. Later, refused to go onsite because of unprofessional behavior from HR.
FYI, this was for a Senior Quality Engineer position in Miami Lakes, Florida.
