Very informal. Supervisor was in jeans and a screen print t-shirt.
One-on-one process over about an hour with very basic interview questions. Sat 20 minutes with the team to observe.
I got the impression that I wasn't getting an offer regardless of the result (after sitting with the department, I didn't really want one). Interviewer took no notes (she didn't even have a pen). It seemed like a good place to work with friendly staff and a casual atmosphere. The job I applied for was advertised as an analyst, but consisted of mostly just data entry. Be advised that this company requires hair follicle drug tests and all employees are subject to random tests after hire. While that's not an issue for me, other than invasion of privacy, it may be to some.
Overall experience is very good. Had 2 rounds of interview one is TR Round, and another is HR Round once we receive offer, we will have to attend another round of Managerial round.

Lengthy discussion on unwanted topics which are not relevant to the job. And they will never give you any feedback. And once you get in, you will face internal politics and partiality from the management depending upon their liking

Early interviews are typically one-on-one, in-person interviews between the applicants and the hiring manager. Early interviews conversations typically focus on applicants’ experience, skills, work history, and availability. Final interviews are typically extended only to a very small pool of top candidates.
