Received an e-mail from HR to set up a phone screening. Completed a 30 minute phone screening in the same week. Heard back a few days later that some managers wanted to interview me. Was told that there were 4 positions open, and asked me to interview with all 4 teams. Interviews were scheduled 3 weeks ahead of time. Consisted of multiple 30-minute interviews with 1 or 2 people at a time. Largely behavioral in nature. A lot of "tell me about yourself" and "what made you want to work here" and "why are you leaving your job" type of conversations. Everyone was very nice and seemed very smart, well spoken. I heard from HR a couple of days later, telling me everything went very well, they had a couple more interviews planned and then I would hear back. Sent me a lot of positive vibes. I was offered a job a little over a week after the interview. Accepted.
