First stage is to submit a voice recording answering a set of questions (e.g. why you apply and what you take pride in.) Second stage is to do a "mock interview/ role play cold calling" which you will have to look at the case studies beforehand. They will then share some practical advice for improvement. Third stage is to do another role play of cold calling. Good vibes and kind people it seems. It is difficult if you are not used to cold call.
