I got a call from a recruiter to set up a phone screening. She told me to call her supervisor for the phone interview, which was kind of unusual. After the phone interview, I was told that I would receive a call regarding next steps. A month went by before I got a call, and when it happened, the recruiter wanted to set up an initial phone interview as if I didn't go through the process already. They are just a mess and very unprofessional. Never applying with this company again.

Long. Met with almost 10 people. Offer is low. Building is run down. Not very professional. No hr department. Everyone passes the buck instead of helping. I would not recommend. The interview process includes talking to an internal recruiter almost everyday.
