Applied online, after a month heard back about a phone interview. HR person told me time it was happening and who with. On the day of the interview, one of the interviews emailed with a link to software needed for the call as HR did not include it, this was 20 minutes before the call. Phone interview was about CV, projects and found out what the role was since the job spec online was literally missing all information about the role other then some of the tech stack they used. After interview was sent a code test and was told that the next step was an onsite after the test was done. After competing the test I send it one and never heard back at all. Its been a month since then and I have seen them re-post the job spec, so I'm assuming that I didn't get it or the HR person I dealt with wasn't bothered with doing their job. Complete waste of time, downloading software, talking to people and doing a coding test.
