I was interviewed during a "Hiring Event" for the new Glen Mills location. I was fortunate enough to originally speak with Kirk Schrader VP of Personnel and Culture Development. He took the time to get to know me and advanced my interview to a General Manager & a Service Manager. My interview was friendly, and concentrated on my communication skills and thoughts on the CarSense culture.

The interview was pretty slandered. They asked basic questions. Was interviewed by six different people. They offered me a job but the base pay was lower then what they agreed to in the interview and it had no information regarding how the commission worked..

Not a difficult interview if you prepare, and the managers are all friendly. But they are looking for a specific kind of person, and you have about 3-4 interviews before a job offer.

They made it very comfortable during the process. The staff is real friendly. They are looking for a good fit, so a few different interviews with different people is expected.
