The interview came in two phases- a phone interview, followed by an in person interview with my potential future boss as well as the company president. The in person interview was relaxed, so as to give me an idea of the environment I'd be immersing myself in, but didn't fail to hit on the important points- I was tested on my Excel knowledge then and there.
