I did the phone interview with HR and that went great. She asked me what position I was interested in partime collections or fulltime/partime customer service. I told her full time customer service. She invited me to come in for a face to face interview. I came in for the interview did a skills test and the odd thing about the interview was a collections manager interviewed me. She asked me what position I was interested in and I told her customer service..Im really bummed that I did not get the position.

Very pleasant phone interview and role play during in-person. Nice people and easy to talk to. Interaction was very positive all around. I would say it was a pleasant surprise.

Great easy process , hopefully I have a great experience with company . They seem very straightforward about with. Very detailed as well. Interview was very quick and a breeze
Very robotic and inhuman interview process. Not inclusive for introverted folks, on the spot, panic inducing simulated situation test that does little more than put candidates in a position that makes it next to impossible to express one’s self honestly.
