The interview took place online chat meeting between you and one other person. I was asked pretty straightforward questions about work history, and to provide incident examples. Also, why you want to work with Carmax.

It was a very routine interview process. I applied and about 3 days later I was called for a phone interview. Nothing really out of the ordinary. It took about 20-30 minutes.

An efficient linear interview process. Phone interview, virtual interview where they saw how you processed site navigation and customer needs. Follow up from manager with job offer. In person drug test and orientation.
