There was a phone interview with a manager after application and emailing, the phone interview was pretty short, probably 30 mins or so and the woman was friendly and nice

I submitted my resume online, recieved a call to schedule an onsite interview. Interview was fairly easy. They asked about 5 situational questions. Manager was a delight to talk to.
