Initial recruiter phone screen followed by a hiring manager phone screen. Final round was of the super-day style consisting of many panel interviews over the course of a day. Total process took around 8 weeks.

Entrevista
Brief conversation with the recruiter. Asked about background, etc. Then had a call with the Hiring Manager, for 45ish minutes. Discussed background and asked a few behavioral questions. Then had a final round where there were 6 individual interviews: 3 panels, 1 case study, 2 interviews with executives. Each interview was 30-1hr. All in all, the interview process was probably 7-8 hours spread across several days.

Entrevista
I was referred by a current employee. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a 1/2 hour call with a PM director and Principal PM.
From there, I moved onto the next round, which consisted of six more interviews. One interview was a live case study with two peer PMs. The rest were panel interviews with PM Directors (behavioral questions) and an interview with the VP of Product (he mainly talked).
