Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CarGurus (Cambridge, MA) en ago 2023
Entrevista
Applied and was contacted pretty quickly to set up a phone screening where I got an overview of the company, the role, and some sample questions I'd be asked in the next step of the process.
I had two more interviews which were with my direct team members where I was asked technical questions and about my previous experience in IT operations. Process was very quick, transparent, and felt relevant to the role.

Entrevista
The interview process went pretty quickly. I had a phone screen with their technical recruiter and then with the hiring manager. My last interview was a 2-hour on-site session. I was placed in a small conference room, and the majority of my interviews were conducted via Google Meet, with only one in-person interview. I was disappointed in the experience. If I am coming on site, why can't they schedule it for everyone to be there too? I went in more nervous than I thought. The majority of the questions I was asked pertained to project work and how I would handle specific situations. I felt the first interviewer made me up my defenses a lot, and I only managed to make myself more nervous, which did not help my case at all. I understand why I wasn't chosen. I would also say that I will not be doing another 2-hour interview, as it's emotionally and mentally draining. I left. I was defending myself for that period. I was a mess and all over the place. I got an email back with a kind rejection and was offered feedback via phone or email.
