In all my years of interviewing with multiple different companies across multiple different industries, I have never had as positive of an experience as I did with CarGurus. Mike Consolmagno was my recruiter and maintained frequent communication throughout the whole process. Typically there are nerves associated with hearing back from a potential employer, but Mike was quick to respond with next steps, completely eliminating that worry. All interviews were scheduled with respect to my availability and within reasonable timeframes.

I went through several interview stages: a screening interview with HR, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager, then a panel interview with multiple managers, an interview with the Regional Manager, and finally, an in-person interview in Boston with the VP of Sales.
