Several shadow days with supervisor going through day to day process and responsibilities of the position. Would meet up at different dealerships and follow trainer through each activity each day for hands on experience. Minimal interviewing and questions, basics like do you have reliable transportation etc.

Sent in a video of answering interview questions. Then Wayne called me asking a couple more questions and then asked if I'd like to do a shadow day to make sure I will like the job.
