Applied online, correspondence and phone screen with recruiter, in person meeting with recruiting and a senior manager on site. It was very straight forward, casual conversation. Unfortunately after that it was like the recruiter fell off the face of the earth. And as a recruiter myself, that doesn't bode well, and that is where my negative rating came from. I was really interested in the organization, growth, and the opportunity.
