Communicative at 1st. Then complete and utter silence after 2 interviews and was told meetings went great. The company asks how you would handle an ambiguous situation then acts in a way they absolutely don't want employees to behave. Very unprofessional. You can see what's really going on if you want to.

Early experience with company was professional and pleasant dealing with the initial interviews and discussions with recruiters. However once the executive management staff was involved the experience went downhill quickly. Executive staff was unresponsive to emails and phone calls prior, during and after the interview process. Several questions that were raised during the interview, company did not have the answer for and upon following up post interview to obtain the answers went unanswered. Executive management staff was very ambivalent, uncertain, confused, etc. as to what exactly the position responsibilities would be and what type of candidate and background they were looking for. Overall a definite lacking of professional courtesy / maturity by executive management staff. For future reference any candidates that take time out of their day to day responsibilities to interview once, twice, etc. desire at the least the professional courtesy of follow up communication / responses.
