I applied online and got asked to do an hr call on Monday. There are three rounds of interviews in total: hr call, fit questions + case work, and one more round of fit questions. I will update and share more about my experience after the interview.

First round recruiter was very stern and the experience was meh - not sure if this was intentional/part of the evaluation process. The second round manager was very kind and nice, and it made me feel super relaxed. I didn't do the cases well enough, but he provided thoughtful feedback and was engaged. The final round was in the office with ~5 people. Recruiters worked very hard as well to respond to emails - not sure if they have to hit their targers as well.
