Gets too technical. Panel has one tech, one marketing person. Not too bad but one has to be prepared. Gets too lengthy also and asked for real time scenarios. No benefits discussed.

Phone interview was arranged. Meant to be 2 people, only 1 showed up - no explanation given for why the other person had gone. The interviewer was a contractor and wasn't able to answer any specific company related questions, he had also only worked there for a few weeks. The impression which came across was that this interview was something which was getting in the way of something else.
