It was fairly laid back. I didn't feel overly pressured or intimidated. The questions were fairly basic as well. The interview lasted maybe 10 minutes tops. Before that was a quick typing assessment and skills assessment as well.

The interview process was very relaxed, testing process was interesting, and the staff there are very friendly and encouraging! I highly recommend to those currently in school or looking for a second income.

The interview process consisted of speaking with one of the lead section managers in the call center, and they asked questions about your personality, and job experiences. The first step was testing your wpm typing skills on a computer and dictation accuracy.
