Applied online and recieved an email to setup a phone interview which led to a skills test and then two more one on one interviews. The phone interview consisted of simple questions to determine eligibility and the other two interviews were to determine apptitude in dealing with product numbers and determining if my personality and the companies atmosphere would work well together. After I was offered the job I was placed in the company through a staffing agency.
