I had an interview scheduled for Wednesday early afternoon, and was contacted at 8:30pm on Tuesday evening that it would need to be rescheduled for another day. I arrived at the location and waited 30 minutes for my interviewer to show up. When she did, she was distracted the entire time

Do you think you can keep up with the busy workflow
There was an HR person asking if you're interested in proceeding on the interview and your availability. Then with the hiring manager, it was a 30 min phone interview. Asking details of a pharmacist's duties from your clinical experience. Mostly skills-based. No behavior questions. If you don't have a fast paced, multi-tasking pharmacist work experience, the interview can be not very easy.

I thought maybe my application was lost in the mix but after speaking with a few others it seems that disorganization is this company’s middle name. Took forever to get an email from a recruiter and when I replied the chief pharmacist offered me times to meet. She then changed the date & time a total of 5 times! The ‘chief pharmacist’ shouldn’t reach out with appointment times, apparently this company doesn’t have an HR dept. She asked me for a copy of my license twice in the same email chain. Very lost and confusing process
