I was hesitant to apply for this position since it was posted 5 months ago and was popping up everyday during my job hunt. Not much requirements, pretty high school level stuff. I figure they either have high turnover, are collecting resumes, or are trying to look busy. The interviewer didn't read my resume before hand because she was confused on where I lived and if I was still working at my previous job (which clearly states both) so I was pretty annoyed by that and tried to put on my best fake voice but I made a condescending remark about it but tried to play it off as friendly lol. Anyways, she asked about my background and asked a couple dumb questions (who still asks what someone's weakness is? Silly question, so gave a silly answer.) Was good practice for me since I am just getting into my job search. At the end, she gave the generic "We are early into our hiring process and still have other candidates to interview" lol the job was posted 5 months ago and is always being posted.
