First interview was with a recruiter who asked me a few easy questions and then tried to sell me on working there. 2nd interview was I got to ask a couple of them questions, what do you like here, that sort of thing. I then wrote a 'business plan' about how I'd sell insurance to my friends and family or get them to work with the companies they work at. 3rd interview I presented the plan and told them why I wanted to work there and ask some other questions.
