I first heard from Capstone April 29, 2013 exactly one day after I applied for the position asking if I would like to do a phone interview with them for the position. They sent me a detailed message detailing the salary and hours and R&R schedule and things of the nature and if I agreed with those things, to give them a date and time to go ahead with the phone interview. I had my phone interview a week later, around May 10 I believe. On June 6, I heard from the same recruiter again, letting me know that they were still in fact interested in me, but they were still waiting on a few things, before they could finish with their hiring process and if I had any questions to feel free and email her back. I have emailed her with multiple questions, multiple times and she has always emailed me back with no issues or complaints. All in all, the interview process was a smooth transaction, it is just the long process of waiting to hear something. Also, the interview only took about 15 minutes for me, when I asked, she said it was because I was already a subject matter expert, being that this is my job in the military.
