My disappointment here (also with a ton of smaller Denver companies) is the lack of rejection emails being sent when you make it past the application process. I fully expect from the phone screen and beyond to receive a rejection email as a common curtesy Cappello's! I highly recommend just sending a template you get off of Google to your candidates you do not want to move forward with. It puts a bad taste in a candidates mouth. I am completely fine with not be selected going forward(not a good fit for either of us) but come on... spend 5 minutes and send a rejection email. It is the least and right thing to do!
