Went through 2 rounds of interviews with this company. Was introduced to all the employees and was given the personal number for the manager. After a week or so of not hearing anything back I sent a follow up message. Again there was no response. As a growing corporation who wants to set themselves apart from their competitors their lack to communication to their future employees is disgraceful. There should’ve been a message sent out letting me know if we weren’t continuing the hiring process. Instead I was ignored and this speaks volumes for the professionalism of the company.
