Largo (~1Mes de entrevistas), repetitivo (varias veces senti que repetia lo mismo en diferentes entrevistas) y poco agradable.
El proceso consistió en 7 entrevistas con diferentes personas y enfoques: - 2 entrevistas con Recursos Humanos (RH).
- 1 entrevista con el Hiring Manager.
- 1 entrevista de tipo "behavioral" (comportamental).
- 2 entrevistas de "role fit" (ajuste al rol).
- 1 entrevista de caso matemático.

Lo positivo: RH te acompaña durante todo el proceso.Ellos te brindan información sobre qué esperar en cada etapa y te dan tips sobre las preguntas que podrías enfrentar. Esto es muy útil para prepararte mentalmente.
Lo desafiante:
- El proceso es extremadamente largo y repetitivo.En varias ocasiones sentí que estaba repitiendo lo mismo una y otra vez, lo cual puede ser agotador.
- La entrevista "behavioral" fue particularmente intensa.Me preguntaron sobre una situación en la que un proyecto fracasó, qué hice en ese momento y qué cambiaría ahora. Indagaron mucho en los detalles, lo que puede ser abrumador si no estás preparado.

One of the more “intense” interview processes, which tells me the company cares about collaboration and fit. There was an HR screening, three 30-minute Job Fit interviews, and 60-minute behavioural.

Long interview/screening process- starting from screening HR interview, virtual job tryout where you answer a series of questions, then a case interview where you answer questions for a business case, then hiring manager interview, followed by two more behavioural interviews.
Personal interview on experience was standard, standardized math test had to be taken at a third party testing center, live case as part of the interview to move onto second round
