I was contacted by a recruiter about 7 days after my application. I then scheduled a 30-minute phone interview. The recruiter was great because she previously held a similar position and could tell me much about her experience. We spoke about the role, benefits, and expectations. She then offered a Zoom interview with her direct superior the next day which I accepted. The interview with the supervising recruiter went well except the conversation left me feeling patronized. I got the sense that I was being rushed and was not being taken seriously as a candidate. That conversation was also scheduled for 30 min and lasted for 35 min. I was then promised a response by the end of the week (about 5 days from the initial interview). Then I received an automated rejection the following week (about 9 days from the initial interview).
